
All products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month guarantee* unless otherwise stated, from the date of delivery.
Some products may have an extended guarantee – check product copy to confirm this. Any damage or faults caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee. *Our standard guarantee excludes faults caused by misuse, neglect or accidental damage. Tapes, films and other perishable items are also excluded.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit please contact us immediately on 0870 620 0260. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, whichever is your preference.
Faulty Goods
If you suspect a fault with your product please call the technical helpline number associated with the manufacturer of your goods. These numbers can be found under Technical Help at the top of the website. This initial call may prevent any unnecessary return to us saving you, the customer the return delivery cost should the product be found in full working order. If there is an obvious defect and/or under the manufacturers recommendation it needs to be returned, please notify us and return the goods within the 28 days of receipt.
Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in \"as new\" condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided.
If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. After 28 days you can also return your faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair providing them with proof of purchase. Failure to do so renders the 12 month guarantee invalid and no repair will be made.
ipCCTVcameras cannot compensate for items not supplied, faulty or damaged in transport.
Please note it may take up to 4 weeks for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the manufacturer and complexity of the problem.
